With intense action in the political and legislative area the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) supports recreation programs and the legal rights of RV owners. This association was founded in 1963 with the purpose of organizing social activities, exchange motor coach information and provide numerous benefits made possible, in part by collective purchasing.
FMCA is almost organized as a country or state owned by memberships, governed by elected officers and with a national office that conducts their business affairs.
Many RVers feel safe thanks to the efforts that this association makes to protect them and their members in several legal issues. The membership emblem is a ?goose egg? that you can identify as a logo displayed in the motorhomes of their members.
If you join this association you will have the opportunity to enjoy many friendly encounters with fellow members while traveling. The camaraderie and friendship gained from people that enjoy the common interest of motor coach travel and recreation is the rich tradition that makes the FMCA proud of their existence.

The results of the elections of the FMCA?s international convention of August in Minot, North Dakota were the following: President: Don Moore, F154921, Senior Vice President: Connie Pool, F140306, Secretary: Ginger Painter, F23514 and Treasurer: Jim Kern, F63208. These national officers were elected to represent the association from 2005 to 2007.
