Campground Buena Tierra is open year round with a late night registration, (cash only), drop box, a dump station, RV storage, and the availability of mesquite firewood. Propane also can be purchased at a discounted rate for our guests. There are campsites for Big Rigs, pull-through and tents. The full-hookups and water & electric sites have 30 and 50 AMP electric, and some campsites have phone hook-ups as well. Registration office is Telephone, Fax and Modem friendly. Site sizes range from 40' x 50' to over 80' x 85' with gardens of cacti, native plants and trees. Some sites have concrete patio pads and sheds available. We have long or short-term rates for RVs or park homes; park home models are for sale on the premises. A manufactured home section is being designed adjacent to the RV Park. The new 5,000 sq. ft. activity center is a wonderful addition to our RV Park for may planned activities, musical entertainment, scheduled events, pot lucks, socials, quilting, bingo, cards, and your free-time use. There is a hospitality telephone (modem connection) available for your use in this building. The town of Buckeye, Arizona lies at an elevation of roughly 866 feet in the desert. The average summer temperature range is over 100 degrees F. during the day, and mid 80's at night. Rainfall is 7.45" per year. From October - March winter visitors arrive from the northern states and Canada to enjoy our warm weather. Lyman Lake State Park
Two day-use/picnic areas, log cabins and yurts, shade ramadas, tables, grills, 61 camping units with 38 hookup sites and 23 non-hookup sites, dump station, Beach with camping, Paved boat ramps, trails, horse shoe pits, volleyball court, restrooms, showers, Camper supply and boat rental store (Sorry, we do not sell gas.), Group camping area and group-use ramadas. Because of its size, Lyman Lake is one of the few bodies of water in northeastern Arizona with no size restrictions on boats. The west end of the lake is buoyed off and restricted as a no wake area (5 mph). This allows the angler a chance at a variety of fish without the proximity of speedboats and water-skiers. The fishery consists of walleye, channel catfish and largemouth bass. The large remainder of the lake is open for all other types of water sports. Lyman Lake really comes into its own during the spring, summer, and fall. Summer days, with temperature highs in the 80's to low 90's, are perfect for fishing, swimming, leisure boating, water-skiing, hiking or just plain relaxing.

An invitation to relax: We would like to invite you to come and stay with us at the Meadview RV Park and Rentals. If peace and quiet in a tranquil setting are what your jangled nerves call for, then this is the place. We are located at mile post 34 just south of the small community of Meadview - at the junction of Pierce Ferry Road and Sandview Drive. Facilities: All our RV sites have full hookups (electric, water, sewer) and are 28 feet wide by 50 feet long. It is the closest access to Lake Mead, the largest man made lake in the United States.
